Your car will arrive at the appointed time unless there are circumstances beyond our control in which case we will inform you promptly

Damage or breakages will be charged to the person placing the booking.
A charge of £100 for cleaning the car in the event of someone vomiting over the interior
Our chauffeurs will make every effort in the event of breakdown to obtain alternative transport to your destination
Our chauffeurs have the right to ask any person to leave if they misbehave in the vehicle in anyway
We will make every effort to reach your destination on time but cannot be held responsible for heavy traffic, road works, bad weather etc.
Deposits will be asked for at time of booking and will be non returnable after a period of 1 week
Pick up and return times are not flexible unless prearranged with the chauffeur or our office
Payments to be paid on the night should be paid to the chauffeur before commencement of journey.
Abusive or anti social behavior will not be tollerated under any circumstances and will result in imediate ejection from the vehicle and termination of contract with no refund
The use or carriage of illegal substances in the vehicle will terminate the contract with no refund
